Are University of Vermont students as ORGANIZED,
or capable of being as organized,
as the 9/11 attackers were?
Are University of Vermont students
who smoke marijuana
capable of quick, decisive action
necessary to organize a new
minor political party,
the MARIJUANA PARTY,
and can they put down their bongs and
roach clips long enough to do it
and thereby also prove they aren't
addicted?
This is a challenge
RIGHT NOW,
TODAY,
to the ability of UVM students who smoke marijuana
to ORGANIZE
and temporarily stop smoking marijuana.
To organize a political party
YOU NEED A MINIMUM OF 3 REGISTERED VOTERS
IN EACH OF TEN VERMONT TOWNS and
the caucus committee members must give their
names and addresses to the Secretary of State Elections Division

Title 17 Vermont Election Laws
Chapter 45: Political Parties
Section 2318. Organization of minor political parties
(go to http://www.leg.state.vt.us
and click on Vermont Statutes and Laws) There is nothing ORGANIZED
about how the laws for forming new minor political parties are written,
but the bottom line is,
they may only be formed in ODD NUMBERED YEARS.
Section 2302
The chairman of the state committee of a party shall set a date for members of the party to meet in caucus in their respective towns, which date shall be between September 10 and September 30, inclusive, in each odd numbered year. At least 14 days before the date set for the caucuses, the state chairman shall mail a notice of the date and purpose of the caucuses to each town clerk and to each town chairman of the party, and shall cause the notice to be published in at least two newspapers having general circulation within the state.
So, if the caucus was going to be held on one of the last days of September, then a person could act as temporary acting chairman of the proposed new minor political party (MARIJUANA PARTY) and at least 14 days before the date set for the caucuses, mail the notices and publish in newspapers.
The laws require that you have a minimum of 3 people in each of 10 Vermont towns holding caucuses and forming committees to start a new minor political party.
The challenge is to find 3 UVM students who live off campus in at least 10 different VT towns, a total of 30 people.
Now, if you go to the
Secretary of State online
http://www.sec.state.vt.us
and also go to
the State Legislative page online
with the link to the law library online
http://www.leg.state.vt.us
and also call the Secretary of State and ask for the Elections Division
1-800-439-8683
then you might be able meet the challenge and prove that
UVM students are as organized
as 9/11 attackers
because you have to be at least that
organized to get the Marijuana Party
legally certified by the government.
