"AN ACT RELATING TO HIV NAME-BASED REPORTING" ?

Isn't this deceptive? To try to make you think that they are just going to report the names of all individuals with HIV
(so they can be discriminated against)
but in reality
the fine print of the law allows
for a bunch of people including a commissioner appointed by the Governor and a secretary of human services to sit around and think up a bunch of RULES
which were not voted on by the state legislature
and GROW GOVERNMENT LIKE CANCER
with these RULES which they have
been given a BLANK CHECK to write
and the list will go on and on and on
and YOUR PRIVACY WILL BE INVADED
AND YOU
WILL BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.

JUST THINK,
"DISEASES DANGEROUS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH"
does that include just about all diseases you can think of?

HOW MANY DISEASES DOES IT NOT INCLUDE?

WHO WILL VOTE ON THESE RULES?

NO ONE,
BECAUSE THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT INTO LAW WITHOUT BEING VOTED ON!!!!!

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW DANGEROUS THAT IS TO YOU!!!

THAT ALLOWS PEOPLE WHO

WHICH ARE

EVERYTIME THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
THE STATE LEGISLATIVE BODY
CREATES A LAW
THAT THE GOVERNOR SIGNS
WHICH CONTAINS WORDING
THAT ALLOWS
SOMEONE ELSE,
SOME OTHER PEOPLE
WHO WERE NOT ELECTED
TO CREATE
RULES
THEN THESE RULES BECOME
ADMINISTRATIVE LAWS
WHICH YOU
MUST FOLLOW
AND YOU CAN BE TAKEN TO COURT
OVER THESE RULES
WHICH WERE MADE
BY PEOPLE
YOU DID NOT ELECT TO OFFICE.

THIS IS HOW AND WHY GOVERNMENT
IS GROWING LIKE CANCER.
